I work with analytics and help turn data, processes, and business tasks into understandable conclusions and work solutions. I’ve loved mathematics all my life, and in many ways it led me into the profession of a business analyst.
Already at university, I realized that it’s not just numbers that can be analyzed — then a whole world of business processes, logic, interconnections, and systems thinking opened up for me. Since then, I have been particularly interested in understanding how everything works inside, finding weaknesses and turning complex processes into understandable and effective solutions.
I have experience optimizing processes for large manufacturers and auditing processes for large developers, and this path has taught me to look at tasks more broadly, to notice risks in advance and to look for strong solutions without unnecessary losses for the customer. And outside of work, I love the sun, volleyball and backgammon — for me it’s about energy, the pleasure of the process and the ability to maintain lightness even in a busy rhythm.
