I help projects move consistently and understandably for all participants: so that the team and the client always have an understanding of what is happening now, what will happen next and where to make a timely decision. For me, a good project is not a chaotic flow of tasks, but a clear process in which everyone has clarity on the next steps and solutions.
Probably, my past experience helps me in this: I once worked as a flight attendant, despite the fact that I am afraid of heights. But I’ve always even liked turbulence: at such moments, passengers usually became noticeably quieter. I think it was then that I learned well how to handle a situation, feel people, and stay calm where others already want to panic.
In life, I love music, especially rock, concerts of my favorite bands, board games, and time with my family — my husband and two children. And in my work, I like a simple principle: it’s better to understand people first, and only then everything else.
