AT Trans

Logistic

An application for corporate transport management

// Task

In the framework of cooperation with the operator LLC "AT Trans, specializing in complex maintenance and formation of corporate fleets, we were faced with the task of creating a large-scale digital system.

The main goals of the project are to automate the process of renting vehicles, provide access to data on the location, condition and availability of cars, as well as introduce a full—fledged corporate carsharing function with flexible management of booking and use of cars within the company.

// Solution

01

All key information about the fleet — status, location and technical condition — is collected in one user-friendly interface. Now employees see everything in real time and can make quick decisions without unnecessary calls and tables.

02

More than six external services, from telematics to rent accounting, are integrated into a single ecosystem. Everything works like clockwork: synchronously, without failures and manual routine.

03

The corporate carsharing feature has been launched. The company's employees can book cars directly from the system. Fast, convenient and without unnecessary bureaucracy. The availability, schedule, and status of vehicles are taken into account automatically, making fleet management flexible and efficient.

04

To quickly process rental requests, we have implemented a convenient chat with the client — an employee can quickly clarify the details and immediately select the right car.

In parallel, an internal chat for employees is working: tasks are distributed through it, responsible people are appointed, and performers are selected from a common database. Everything is within a single space, without switching between systems.

05

We have developed interfaces for 10+ roles, from fleet managers to drivers and mechanics. Each scenario is designed for real-world tasks, access levels, and familiar devices. The office works with extended panels on computers, drivers and mechanics — in the mobile version for smartphones and tablets. The interface is adapted to the context: everyone has only the necessary functions. As a result, the system has become a convenient tool for the entire team — from the control room to the service area.

06

In the personal account, the manager gets full control over fines for the entire fleet, regardless of the type of lease or service format. You can track incoming fines, see their status, distribute them to customers, and respond without delay.

AT Trans specialists can promptly pay the fine directly from the system, remind the client about the payment, or monitor its implementation. Everything is in one window, without manual search and unnecessary bureaucracy.

07

The screen interface is designed so that managers can easily manage data on any type of vehicle rental — quickly, clearly and without overload.

Separate scenarios and display logic are provided for each rental model. We have taken into account all the key formats that AT Trans works with.:

08

We have collected all the key information about the corporate system in a single-page website: concise, bright and convincing. Memorable graphics, precise formulations and smooth animations help to quickly convey the essence, emphasize technology and inspire confidence from the very first seconds.

09

The developed identity organically complemented digital products and gave the company's image integrity and a professional sound. The visual style has increased brand awareness and increased the level of trust from customers and partners in the b2b services market.

// Result

The final product for AT Trance has become a real working tool — powerful, flexible and thought out to the smallest detail.

The interface is proactive: everything is logical, clear from the first click and without unnecessary movements. Employees complete tasks faster, more confidently, and with minimal errors. Where previously calls, tables, and clarifications were required, now everything is solved in a couple of actions on one screen.
