// Task

It was necessary to develop a digital service for issuing bank cards of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for customers from Of Russia. It was important to assemble a user—friendly scenario from the client's side and a working tool from the staff: so that the user could quickly complete the questionnaire, pay for the service and send an application, and the team could flexibly manage the questionnaire fields and adapt the process to the requirements of different banks.

We have assembled a product from two interrelated parts: a customer service for processing an application and an internal administrative system for employees. This allowed us to build a complete process — from the user's first step to processing the application within the team.

On the part of the client, we have made a clear and consistent way: filling out the questionnaire, entering the necessary data, paying for the service and sending the application. The interface was designed to reduce the number of unnecessary actions and make the design process as simple and transparent as possible.

One of the key features of the project is the administrative part with the ability to create, modify and supplement the questionnaire fields as needed. This made it possible to quickly adapt the service to the requirements of a particular bank or update the composition of the collected data without completely reworking the product.

To support business processes, integrations with acquiring were implemented, as well as the transfer of applications to the administrative system and via SFTP. This made it possible to link a custom payment scenario with further data processing and integrate the service into an existing operational loop.

The desktop and mobile versions were worked out separately so that the user could conveniently process the application from any device, and the team maintained a single standard for working with the service.

The result is a working fintech service that combines a convenient client path and a flexible internal application processing system. The product allows you to quickly adapt to the requirements of different banks, simplifies the design of the service for the user and supports the stable operational work of the team. It is also important that the service not only continues to work, but also brings profit to the business, which means that the solution turned out to be viable both from a product and commercial point of view.
