insurance agent's office for working with clients and insurance products
For "Insurance Insurance", it was necessary to create a convenient insurance agent's office, which helps to work with the customer base, policies and insurance products in one interface. It was important to make the system understandable in daily work, provide for different roles and access levels, and assemble a working tool that supports the real processes of the insurance company. It was important to ensure convenient navigation through customers and products and quick access to the necessary actions.

01
We conducted analytics and UX research. At the start, we worked out user scenarios, cabinet logic, and the real tasks of insurance agents. This made it possible to design the interface not as a formal CRM shell, but as a working tool for everyday operations.
02
We have implemented a cabinet interface in which the agent can see his clients, take out insurance and work with insurance products in one place. Due to this, the main actions were assembled into a single system without unnecessary transitions and disparate scenarios.
03
We have implemented role management and rights differentiation separately so that different employees get access only to those sections and functions that they need by role. This approach has made the system more manageable and safer for internal use.

04
To support the corporate contour and centralized access management, integration with LDAP has been implemented. This made it possible to integrate the cabinet into the existing IT environment of the customer and simplify user management.
05
The service has been adapted for desktop and mobile devices so that employees can work comfortably in different scenarios. Additionally, we conducted product testing and built technical support and support after the launch.

The result is a working internal product that helps agents work faster and more conveniently with clients, policies, and insurance services. Due to the well-thought-out structure, role model and integration with the corporate environment, the cabinet has become a stable tool for daily work. It is also important that the product has not only been launched, but also continues to be used: the system is being maintained and maintained to this day.
