Developing a landing page for the TripPack travel-tech service

Travel

BULLTECH has developed a landing page for the author's routes and travel service, which introduces users to the product, explains its features and shows the main scenarios for working with TripPack

// Task

TripPack is a travel—tech service for creating, searching and completing author's routes. Users can find ready-made tours, collect their own routes, publish them and invite other participants to travel. The service is designed for travelers, content authors, urban researchers, and cultural projects.

The BULLTECH team was tasked with developing a digital product landing page with sufficiently broad functionality and several user scenarios.

It was necessary not just to list the features of the service, but to quickly explain the new interaction model for the user.: what is TripPack, who is it suitable for, how to find or create a route, and what happens after registration.

When designing the page, it was important to maintain a balance between the emotional presentation of travel and a clear story about the product itself.

// Solution

01. Two main TripPack scenarios were immediately shown

Two key features of the service were revealed on the first screens of the landing page: go through ready-made author's routes and create your own tours.

This is how the user understands the mechanics of TripPack from the very beginning — here you can not only choose a ready-made trip, but also become the author of the route yourself.

02. Divided communication for different audiences

TripPack combines several use cases, from independent travel to publishing author's content and promoting tourist destinations.

Therefore, the landing page separately showed the key audiences of the product and the value of the service for each of them.

03. We have collected the key features of TripPack in one block

A separate screen showed six service features that help you quickly understand exactly what TripPack can do.:

  • create your own route in a few minutes;
  • find a tour based on your interests;
  • open an offline route;
  • add an audio file to the tour;
  • create a private tour for a limited number of participants;
  • find and create routes by cities and topics.

The functions have been assembled into a compact structure without lengthy descriptions, so that the user can read the main features of the product in one screen.

04. We have designed a clear way to get acquainted with the service

One of the important tasks of the landing page is to explain the mechanics of the product to a person who has not worked with TripPack before.

Therefore, after the presentation of the main features, the user proceeds to a consistent scenario of working with the service.: choosing a route, completing a tour and reviewing it, or creating and publishing your own route with the invitation of other users.

This is how the landing page structure gradually shifts the visitor from a general understanding of the product to specific actions within the service.

05. We made the interface part of the product presentation

In the landing page, it was important not only to talk about TripPack in text, but also to show the digital product itself.

Therefore, the visual presentation is built around the service interface and its usage scenarios. Even before registration, the user gets an idea of what TripPack looks like and how it will interact with the route.

This is how the UX/UI design of a landing page works simultaneously to present a brand and explain the logic of a web service.

06. Showed the use of TripPack on different devices

TripPack is available in mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as in a web version for a computer. This feature of the product was included in an independent landing page block.

For a travel service, this is an important part of the user scenario: you can get to know the product or prepare a route from one device, and use it directly while traveling from another.

07. Closed practical issues before starting use

An FAQ has been posted at the bottom of the landing page, which reveals the details of TripPack's work: service availability, publication and deletion of tours, route planning, managing your own tours, and other practical scenarios.

Due to this, the landing page does not end with a general product presentation, but helps to remove some of the questions that the user may have before registering and starting work.

// Result

BULLTECH has developed a landing page for the TripPack travel-tech service, which consistently explains the mechanics of a functionally rich digital product and introduces the user to the main scenarios of its use.

The structure of the page leads from the idea of independent travel to specific features of the service: search for author's routes, create your own tours, complete routes, and interact with other users.

As a result, the landing page has become an independent point of acquaintance with TripPack and helps to perceive the product not just as a catalog of tourist routes, but as an online service for creating, searching and completing author's travels.
