CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

A natural person intending to submit an enquiry (application/message) via the contact form on the website bulltech.ru, hereinafter the personal data subject, by filling in the form “Contact us — let’s discuss what matters!” and clicking “Send”, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming legal capacity, gives consent to processing of personal data (hereinafter — Consent) to Bulltech Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1237700375010, INN/KPP 7735199709/773501001, legal address: 124536, Moscow, internal city territory Municipal District Savelki, Zelenograd, Yunyosti St., bld. 8, premises 1/4; actual address: 124536, Moscow, Zelenograd, Yunyosti St., bld. 8, floor 9, office 902; phone: +7 (499) 113-22-66; e-mail: info@bulltech.ru), hereinafter the Controller, on the following terms:

1. Consent is given to processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
2. Consent is given to processing of the following personal data:
   • surname, first name, patronymic (where applicable);
   • company name (if indicated in the form);
   • contact phone number;
   • e-mail address;
   • text of the enquiry/request;
   • information and personal data contained in attached files (when a file is added via the form).
3. Purpose of personal data processing: review of the enquiry/application, preparation and sending of a response, communication on the request, consultation and clarification of enquiry details; where necessary — negotiations and preparation/agreement of terms of a contract and subsequent cooperation on the project.
4. The following actions will be performed in the course of processing of personal data:
   • collection;
   • recording;
   • organisation;
   • accumulation;
   • storage;
   • rectification (update, change);
   • retrieval;
   • use;
   • transfer (provision, access);
   • anonymisation;
   • blocking;
   • erasure;
   • destruction.
5. The Controller may engage processors (contractors/providers) to process personal data where necessary to achieve the purposes of processing (including to operate the Website, hosting/infrastructure, corporate e-mail, communication services and other technical services), provided such parties maintain confidentiality and ensure security of personal data.
6. This Consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until withdrawal of consent, whichever occurs first. After the purposes of processing are achieved, personal data shall be erased or anonymised unless other lawful grounds for further retention exist. Where a contract is concluded and/or other lawful grounds exist, the period of processing and retention of personal data is determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or the terms of the contract.
7. Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject or their legal representative by sending a notice to the Controller using the contacts specified at the beginning of this Consent.
8. If the data subject or their legal representative withdraws Consent, the Controller may continue processing personal data without it where grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 exist.
